Africa has made remarkable progress, yet stark inequalities persist — between countries, communities, and within the very systems designed to deliver care. New technologies offer promise, but will they bridge gaps or deepen divides? And as funding and political winds shift, is the “end of AIDS” a sustainable goal or an unfinished ambition?
